Donna B. (Bubel) Kemfort

Donna B. Kemfort, 69, of Schuylkill Haven, formerly of Port Carbon passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Seton Manor, Orwigsburg. She was born in Pottsville on May 15, 1953. Donna was the daughter of the late Donald Bubel and Elizabeth M. (Davis) Bubel. She is survived by her husband, Ennis E. Kemfort, to whom she was married to for 39 years and her beloved dog, Tucker. She is also survived by 2 nieces, Shannon Shaffer of Bellefonte, PA and Stacy Silfies of Elizabethtown, PA . Donna had been a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Pottsville. She was a 1971 Graduate of Pottsville Area High School. She then furthered her education and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree. Donna worked at Reading Anthracite Coal Company for 45 years. Donna enjoyed spending time with her loving husband and friends. She also loved her fur babies. One of her favorite hobbies was doing arts and crafts. A Religious Service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair at 11AM with Rev. Jack Culbert, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 9:30AM to 11AM Wednesday morning at the funeral home. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven. The family would appreciate contributions to any SPCA of your choice in Donna's memory. Donna is in the care of the James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair.
