Mildred "Millie" L. (Sitch) Bealer

Mildred "Millie" Bealer, 70, of Pottsville passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Schuylkill East Norwegian Street, Pottsville.  She was born in Pottsville on 

November 19, 1954.  Millie was the daughter of the late John J. Sitch and Mildred (Frankenstein) Sitch.  

She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Pottsville. Millie was a 1972 graduate of Pottsville Area High School. She was a graduate of Empire Beauty School and worked as a beautician 

at the former Mr. John's Beauty Salon in Pottsville.  Millie also served as a nurse at hospitals in Schuylkill and Lehigh Counties. 

Millie is survived by her sister, Elaine Riskis of Pottsville.  She is also survived by her neighbor, Bob Cappella of Pottsville, who was like a brother to the family.  Millie is survived by her beloved 

cat, Shiloh.  

A Religious Service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair at 11AM with Rev. Dr. Kurt K. Kovalovich, officiating.  Relatives and 

friends are invited to call from 10AM -11AM Thursday morning at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville.  James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair is 

entrusted with arrangements.
