Peggy L. Collins, 67, St. Clair passed away Tuesday in Allentown. Born on June 9, 1956 to the late Frank and Mary Hrichak, she is survived by her husband, Robert Payne, 2 children, Christine Collins and Matthew Collins, a brother Joseph Hrichak, a grandson, Nathan. A Private Memorial Gathering will be held at James H. Evans Funeral Home, Inc., St. Clair.
